Greetings. I am a native English speaker trained in the US, now residing in Belgium. I practice with a multicultural and collaborative lens to support and challenge clients in a playful and caring therapeutic relationship. My therapeutic style is integrative, with an emphasis on the here-and-now (Gestalt), the somatic relationship between body and mind, and parts work (IFS informed).

I specialize in working with folks needing a deeper understanding of their own actions and patterns to address stuckness; those new to Belgium and struggling with isolation, anxiety or depression; and couples wanting to refresh and change relationship dynamics.

I also have extensive training and experience in supporting folks from the queer community.
